Spice Times is a quarterly magazine released throughout the UK aimed at the South Asian restaurant and catering business.

The list of things the modern restaurateur has to do to keep a successful business afloat is vast, and Spice Times hopes to inspire, influence and inform inspire the South Asian catering industry.
We cover a wide range of topics which are close to the modern Asian business person and we are always ready to report on what is going on in the restaurant industry. We also cover topics related to South Asian culture at large, in our “South Asia and the world” section, keeping our readers up to date with what is going on in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Nepal.
2010 marked the first Spice Times Restaurant Awards, a national campaign that encouraged the British public to vote online for their favourite restaurant. The awards culminated in a Gala Dinner on 12th December, which attracted over 1,000 guests and nationwide media coverage.
