Newly refurbished shopping centre 5Rise is seeking a top class restaurant to bring good food to Bingley, West Yorkshire.
5Rise is a shopping centre in Bingley that has received acclaim for turning the former Myrtle Walk shopping centre into a great success and attracting top business including Co-Operative food, Boots and Santander.
The owners of the centre, 4Urban are proud of the success but are keen to bring a great new dining experience to add to the retail section.
Richard Holmes, Director at 4Urban said: “I live in Bingley myself and it has been some time since we have had a good quality restaurant on our doorstep. There are some pleasant places to eat out but Christopher’s was really the only high quality experience and that closed some time ago.
“Bingley has a direct catchment of nearly 29,000 residents. Due to its excellent road and rail links it is a desirable place to live having more wealthy executives and flourishing families than the Yorkshire and Humber average. The town is prime for a leisure operation akin to what we see in places like Chapel Allerton in Leeds and we are seeking to attract the same calibre of restaurant for the people of Bingley.
“Plans for a major Sainsbury’s store just opposite 5Rise in 2012 reinforces our position to attract further tenants to 5rise. Just 5 units remain to let and we are seeking to secure deals with leisure operators as well as multiple/independent retailers.”
